LeERP offers a complete access control console that allows the system administrator to specify the entry and credential protocols that will be used when enforcing access control for each application user.

In addition to traditional password restrictions and options, you can opt for the LDAP integration with Windows Active Directory that enables users direct access to the application without the need of signing in. This Single Sign On process utilizes the Microsoft Windows username and password and expedites the log-in to the system.

In addition to Single Sign On, there are more traditional password options that include:

• Enforce password history/remember password (in terms of days)
• Lock out after certain number of failed login attempts
• Specify minimum and/or maximum password age
• Specify minimum password length
• Require users to change passwords upon first login
• Enable password encryption
• Enforce complexity requirements for passwords

Alerts and alarms notifies the users of important events triggered by an exception or critical state. In addition, user can incorporate them in the form of reminders which are more inclusive and can be linked to any event of interest varying from important criteria such as out-of-stock items to more routine occurrences such as unposted transactions.

In addition to the default built-in alerts, user has the option of defining their own important set of criteria for the system to monitor. A visual editor simplifies the process in setting up your alerts quickly by enabling you to select the alert criteria as well as the action that will be generated by the alert. Other options include the displayable fields as well as the criteria that will be used for filtering. You control when the reminder will be displayed (startup, daily, weekly, monthly), to which user the alert will be sent to, the valid period (start & expiration dates) with the option to deactivate it at a future date.

When alerts and reminders are generated, user has the option to view details (in list view or report mode) or place them in “snooze” mode that will regenerate the alert after a specified amount of time.

LeERP offers a comprehensive Business Intelligence platform, powered by DynaCubes, that delivers a complete and robust range of analytical capabilities. A role based interactive Dashboard provides ad hoc queries and reports, with charting capabilities and informative KPIs.

Built-in KPIs include KPI scorecard such as trends and change in percentages to indicators such as monthly sales invoices, monthly sales, year-to-date sales and year-to-date sales invoices. Other built in KPIs include top customers & suppliers category statistics, sales by month, sales by region, gross profit, internal consumption. Specialized KPIs for Financials include job analysis, cost analysis and account balance. All KPIs (built-in and user defined) utilize graphical representation of data, with option to select the period, re-group and sort data fields.

In addition, all KPIs utilize a color palette for the graphics, point of view to focus on arguments, values or both. A chart wizard further enhances your KPI experience by offering a wide array of options from construction of the chart such as chart type, appearance, series and data to the presentation level in terms of diagram, panes, axes, point labels, chart titles, legend and annotation. As with all LeERP forms and packages, you can print and export your KPI to multiple formats such as Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and image.

The ultimate in business intelligence – connect to any database, retrieve all the objects and create multiple applications with multiple intelligent cubes. System automatically generates for you the classes or objects for the imported tables and attributes for the imported fields. DynaCubes does a comprehensive referential integrity check that suggests missing or non-existent foreign keys and creates virtual foreign keys as part of the error checking process. Embedded security utilizes role based profiles with the ability to show or hide cubes in application menus.

Flexible cube layout with the option to group dimensions and customization of cube captions in multiple languages. Numerous cube options available to the user such as: display chart, show full chart, use ribbon print preview, show favorites, show style conditions, top values, show field summary settings, show interval grouping, show drill down on cell double check, can customize field and unbound fields.

DynaCubes viewer allows the user to customize attributes (such as show/hide, display a group of values), sorting, and advanced filtering.

Cubes include rich features such as roll-up, drill down, slice and dice, drill to lowest level, drag/drop with automatic refresh. In addition, user can utilize non-persistent attribute wizard for unbound fields.

Other options for cubes include viewing, total summaries and export formats (i.e. HTML, PDF, Excel, Word, etc.). Multiple style conditions per cube gives the freedom to the end user to tailor their cube to their own preferences with the ability to change the look and feel of selected cells based on conditions. Integrated report designer acts as a comprehensive printable component editor that allows you to view cube output in report layout.
